At first glance, Bull is an archetypal, almost banal table. The addition of a fifth leg — hovering, slightly off-centre — quietly disturbs that certainty.
What appears to be a minimal gesture shifts perception. Without compromising its function, it prompts a re-reading of the object.
It introduces a subtle dissonance, and suggests.
The tabletop and four legs are executed in the same material and tone. The fifth leg repeats the geometry while contrasting in wood species and hue. All legs appear as circular cut-outs in the surface.
